Lovely wee girl answered my call but could not tell me if the sealant for my old path would be safe for children or dogs as they are not educated on their products safe then tried to put me through to the store in Inverurie came back and said they can advice us either?so will have to go elsewhere

Today I was in your Inverurie store Aberdeenshire looking to purchase a wooden hammer shaft and was told from a member of staff that he could not sell me one as he didn't no what I was looking for, other than ask another member of staff for assistance he was rude and very unhelpful

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Click and collect is usually ready within 5 mins. Prices are competitive. Nice having such a good store in a rural area, saves a lot of driving. I never go anywhere else!
