Did not deliver parcel the next day after failed delivery due to snow on the previous day.MANAGER decided and told postman not to deliver the snow delayed parcel it had to be picked up from the depot,even though he was delivering another parcel to me with a red card attached to it for the snow delayed parcel with no options ticked on it.The Manager is obviously a complete "balloon",and should be sent out to repair his carpark as a punishment,the state of the carpark is atrocious.

I came on Friday at 10 am and they are closed. Work as they want. They can't put a letter-sized parcel in the letter hole in the door, but they managed to put a notice that I can pick up my parcel tomorrow. The notice did not indicate that tomorrow is not a working day, but it was indicated that I can pick it up tomorrow. And in general, I have not heard that someone tried to knock on my door to pass the package. Service like they don't care. And they will not get anything for this, of course, and they will continue to worsen the reputation of the company. I'm a visitor, but I understand that it's generally accepted here, not to keep the client, but rather try to scare them away.

Sadly had to visit due to the pathetic attempts by Parsehole Farce to deliver a parcel to my abode. Twice they claimed tried, twice I was there and they weren't.Still it's nice to get out isn't it? The elves in the Post Office were very nice.
