We enjoyed walking around and looking for inspiration and the girl at the desk was really helpful and got us lots of brochures to help us make choices. It is a really up market showroom.

The show room is impressive with lots to see. The staff were friendly & welcomed us as we came in. We worked with Lee-Anne who was fantastic at designing our en-suite. She made a few tweaks here & there to get everything to fit in the space (& within our budget). The communication has been excellent & the delivery guys very helpful - thank you all very much.

Initially we were quoted for a squad of men to provide enhancements to the shower area. Only one person (a contracted joiner) was allocated to perform the work and we had to request two follow up visits to sort leaks.
At the end of the warranty period we reported a problem with the wet wall panelling. Corrina (Installations Manager) will not respond to our communications.
Overall extremely disappointing.

Our induction hob decided to give up the ghost, we had someone to look at it with no success. It was a Miele and had been with us for many years so we thought, "Miele again". Where to go? Laing, they know a thing or two about kitchens and what goes into them. They could not have been more helpful. We had an initial look through the Miele catalogue and left undecided, with information to think over. I made a number of emails back and forth, finally coming to a decision. I was ordered with a warning that it could take some time for delivery. It arrived withing the week, so perfect. Thank to everyone at Laings.

Stunning bathrooms and kitchens that you are unlikely to see anywhere else. Huge range of products on display and available to order. Service is friendly but not pressured. If you are looking for luxury products and service, this is the place to go.

We recently got a new kitchen from Laings and are delighted with the entire process & end result. From the start Fiona the designer was very attentive, she listened to our likes & dislikes and tailor designed a kitchen perfect for our style & needs (We had previously gone elsewhere for a consultation and felt that the kitchen they designed was a generic kitchen that didn?t feel unique to us at all! ) We were kept up to date by Corrina who was on hand to answer any questions and Davie who fitted the kitchen was an impeccable joiner & extremely hard working. Everyone involved, the tiler, plumber, plasterer, work top fitters and electrician were all friendly and excelled at their job. I would highly recommend Laings to anyone looking for a new kitchen or bathroom.

A double showroom store with plenty of units on show. It took a while for us to be acknowledged but it left us free to roam.
