  Used Laings Direct to design and supply out new kitchen, they did an absolutely fabulous job, at a great price, all delivered on time and were totally delighted with the results, then got them to supply all materials for an en-suite upgrade we did, again fantastic prices and service ?Service: Kitchen design

  We spent in excess of £30,000 on new kitchen and 4 bathrooms for our new buildHappy with everything until it came to our notice after installation that the worktops needed a high level of maintenance. They show every mark which can't be removed unless the tops are sanded and polished. We were NEVER advised of this. We are both in our 60s and would never have purchased these tops had we been told this which of course we should have been. Despite numerous pleas with Laings to settle this complaint they refuse to accept that we were mis sold this product . After nearly 2 years we can stand it no longer. These tops have ruined the appearance of our kitchen. We have decided to replace this worktops ourselves at a cost of around £3000. Laings did offer to sell new tops to us at a discounted rate! I don't think so!!!We are extremely disappointed and bitterly regret ever having gone through the door at Laings direct. Be warned when buying worktops!
