Phoned to ask if they had a local delivery service. Gave detail of what was needed and why. Was told items would be put through via Pharmacists First so didn't have to pay. Was told delivery would hopefully be today. I know that bit remains to be seen but first class for me. Our village is lucky to have a Pharmacy so willing to help.

Only 1 or 2 of the staff who work there - from the times I have been there - are friendly on a consistent basis, one of them tends to look at me briefly without a smile and then immediately looks away, and another one sometimes comes across in an abrupt, serious way that can seem quite rude e.g. when she's suddenly asked me quite quickly - in a serious tone - what I want, and I didn't say anything about that as I didn't want to "rock the boat" so to speak.It generally doesn't feel all that welcoming there, and I feel like I'm sometimes treated more like a number than a human being who has feelings.If you can't handle these types of things, then do yourself a favour and register at an overall friendlier pharmacy. I am contemplating changing to another one myself, even though this one is a lot closer to where I live (a few minutes walking distance).

Stood for 10 min waiting for a member of staff despite clearing my throat to draw attention .. I need disposable masks only to be told they had run out ... pretty poor service they didn't even come to the counter to tell me they juat shouted from the pharmacy area .. not impressed certainly won't be using this chemist
