Unless you want some drag-queen fake nails, don?t go to this place. They don?t have a clue about working with natural nails. This week I asked for a file and polish. They attempted to sell me a gel manicure, which I declined. I just wanted my nails done for a night out. I need to remove nail colour for work. I don?t think this is a highly unusual request and any properly trained nail technician should be able to do a basic file and polish.I chose a dark red colour. I got very worried when the technician wanted to apply it straight to my nails, and asked if I could have a clear undercoat to avoid staining. He refused this and said they ?didn?t do? undercoat on natural nails. I was very stressed out by this point, as I knew the varnish would cause staining.The photo I have included in this review shows what happened after I soaked my natural nails in acetone for 20 minutes. They are still heavily stained, and I am not happy to be having to go to work like this tomorrow.This place shoud change their name to ?Gel Nails Only? as this is the only service this business clearly wants to do. They?re not even much good at gels, as I noticed other customers having gel nails ground off, rather than soaked off (for those who don?t know, this type of removal just wrecks your nails) I?m not convinced these people are properly trained in nail care.

First class service, lovely bunch of lads..glad I made an appointment, previously had a manicure and pedicure, booked in for another pedicure... very busy but worth the wait.

Went in with no appointment and was in and out in about an hour and I got an old set removed and brand new set with hand painted design. Very happy with my nails and the staff couldn?t be nicer, will definitely be back!
