Store manager Jo gave me middle finger as I left. Terrible customer service in store today. Manager named Jo refused to accept my return. She has an awful, rude attitude. Phoned customer service myself and checked returns policy online which stated my product was suitable to be returned. No apology from her for her dreadful customer service. Had to get the guy on the phone to tell her to refund me! Some people should definitely not be managers! Aberdeen store are much much more helpful and polite. I?ll happily travel further to go there instead. Store manager Jo stood at the shop door and watched me as I got into my car and left and put up her middle finger at me as I drove away. Formal complaint filed. Shocking

I had a positive experience at Halfords in Inverurie as the staff were friendly and helpful offering advice and guidance on products. Late opening times meant I could go in on my way home from work too.

Called in Thursday evening last to get chains lubricated on 2 bicycles after cycling around highlands . The guy couldn?t have been more helpful and to boot didn?t even charge us saying ? it was only a 2 minute job? . Nice to see such great service
