Went it at 10:30 on a Saturday. Pasties and sausage rolls were all cold despite it not even being near the end of the day etc. Was told they don't have a heated unit anymore despite prices being the highest they have ever been, and I didnt want to pay for a cold pasty. Got a refund so fair enough, but wouldn't rush back now, especially with other places offering similar things near by.

Today I was with my husband for coffee and cake. The coffee is very good, so were the donuts. What was terrible was the dirt in the room (dirty tables, full rubbish) and the toilet was in an even worse state like nobody cleaned there for weeks. How can such a situation be allowed to happen? Dirt on the walls and in the toilets. This is horrible. I'm afraid to wash my hands and use the toilet in there.

Gregg's is what we all know but for the benefit of anyone from another country it offers good value basic food and drinks and is very consistent and reliable in its offer.

Worst Greg's about... food always cold, store closed early multiple times due to staffing issues! Toilets never clean / no toilet paper ! Rude staff ! Stay away ..
