As usual, absolutely rubbish service.
Yesterday I was told by an engineer that someone would be out today to install a washing machine that was delivered a week ago but not installed and after waiting in all day, no one has turned up. No phone call, nothing.
I called, 'customer service' who informed me that it is due to be installed in 8 days which is totally not acceptable.
Was put on a silent 'hold' but think I was cut off due to the length of time I was waiting...
Yet another poor showing by this unprofessional company...

I had a problem with my mobile phones IME number. It took a while to get it sorted but Sam was extremely helpful and patient. He moved onto a different store so Daniel completed the issue. Both guys were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Phoned curry's to preorder a Nintendo switch 2, as my nearest branch is 40 miles away and I suffer with a chronic back condition which limits my mobility, so I was hoping curry's would be able to help me out and save me the 80 mile round trip, by arranging a preorder over the phone, taking deposit etc. It is 2025.
I was transferred 4 times by what sounded like mumbling, unenthusiastic teenagers, who weren't interested in helping me at all and just wanted to pass me to the next person.
The last person I spoke with said they would get a message to the store to give me a call, but I never heard anything back, so I'm guessing that was a lie.
I've been a customer of curry's for over 30 years and buy all my electrical goods from them.
I've emailed and called again and had no help or replies at all.
Just excuses and fob offs. Really disappointed.
Not the way I'd expect a national corporation like curry's to treat a customer with mobility issues.

Picked a laptop then due to events, decided to go back week later. We live out of the way so the 1hr drive was annoying as they had put the price up of the laptop by £100. We asked about this. At first the staff member said ?it must have been a sale!? We said nope, we have photographic evidence it was its ordinary price. Then he changed his tune and said ?we change the price all the time, sometimes daily, so we compare it to other retailers?. I asked if the laptop itself changed daily or if it was now actually worth £100 pounds more? He said he could look up other items with the same spec. I said there?s no point if those have been put up in price too by that much! I know most retailers must do this but it?s so greedy! I?m betting that it?ll be back down to original price on Black Friday!!

Honestly I never really rate a huge retailer as I feel like the staff never have that edge, but gladly today I was proved wrong
In need of a washing machine while mine decided to play a game of reverse jigsaw puzzle while at 1400rpm , went here in the morning thinking it would be a case of whip in buy one and head off but sales assistant Kimberly told me I could recycle my old one there, while giving me a run down on a Samsung machine.
Day went on, I got home and took my old machine out, went back and was met by Ayden, a really approachable friendly young man who was really really great. Nothing was a problem and we had a great laugh while doing something that is usually quite a boring task.
Took my order, helped me out with my new machine, and then took my old one away on a trolly.
Thanks again Ayden for the help and the new washing machine - you?ll go far in life with an attitude like yours ??

Staff that we had the delight in dealing with yesterday are really superseded all that a customer could experience. Returned a faulty hoover and all options were explained fully.We were in a few months back to purchased a television again service brilliant. Member of staff who seems to mentor the rest of the team is doing a wonderful job.Thank you so much again .

Went in yesterday to buy a new iPhone and a camera for my partner. Was greeted with blank stares when I went in and asked to check availability of the items via the product codes.
When the items were brought out from the back by Karen, the absolutely brazen upselling began. She asked if I was taking the items on 'credit' which I didn't want to do, but she proceeded to try and push it. She then moved onto the care plan - when I said I wasn't interested (the camera was a gift, I didn't know if I'd be returning it the next day!) she offered to discount the plan from £130 to 100. I still just didn't need it. She then said if I wanted to call back and take it, to make sure I gave her name so she gets the points. Ok...
Seriously don't appreciate pushy or aggressive self-interested salespeople!!!
