I used google to search for the Birkenstocks I wanted and Begg Shoes appeared with a competitive price and good delivery plus the delivery was free. I ordered on Saturday morning and they arrived at 8am on Monday, the packaging was excellent and my shoes superior quality. I also really appreciated the handwritten note from Cameron inside.This was a nice touch and indeed supports the family run feel. I would highly recommend Beggs and look to use them in the future.

I ordered a pair of sketcher sandals from Begg Shoes yesterday on a next day delivery as I wanted them for my holidays.
The sandals have just arrived via Royal Mail and are exactly what I wanted.
There was a handwritten note inside the shoe box thanking me for shopping with Beggs. A very personal touch!

I award 5 stars because the whole process of: looking for Ecco sandals to replace my long-owned and now worn out pair was easy; finding a modern equivalent via Begg Shoes was easy; ordering was simple; delivery via Royal Mail was predictably reliable; and they were in my hands promptly. Well done Begg Shoes.
I attach photos of: the new pair of sandals which fit perfectly; and the old and worn-out pair from two angles. I have shown the latter to demonstrate that it is only the eventual failure of the rubber soles which has obliged me to replace them. They have endured a lot of walking. Note that the leather uppers and the inner part of the soles are still intact. This is testament to the construction of Ecco sandals.

Brilliant service, initially ordered my Birkenstocks from Next as I begrudged paying over £5 postage if I ordered them directly from Birkenstock. What Next neglected to tell you was they only offer the Narrow size and not a choice of regular as well! I was so pleased to find these online and not only was it free postage but it?s an actual real shop in Scotland (my family are from Newton Stewart) so I was ecstatic to be supporting them! I will definitely order from them again! Brilliant!!
