Lovely clean and cosy rooms with everything we needed to prep for our friends wedding. A very affordable place to stay that was fantastic for the price. The room was a little small but it was all we needed to get ready and rest up in at the end of the night. The water pump was loud whenever the hot water was ram or the toilet was flushed but obviously not an issue if you're staying by yourself!Rooms: Had a good hairdryer, some welcome biscuits and you could borrow the ironing board and ironing from the mid level landing. The TVs were smart so you can log into netflix, prime or Disney plus

Great location, close, free parking and nearby local amenities.. good, friendly service from the staff and easy to check in and out from the pub at the hotelRooms could be doing with more cleaning/upgrading.. there was someone's old t-shirt in a drawer, a used cigarette tip on the floor and an empty water bottle behind the chest of drawers accompanying the dust with a poor, small and dated shower/shower room. Not too fussed as we were only there for a night, just feel like it should be cleaner than this and could be modernised a bitThe beds were comfy enough and a decent size tv with coffee/biscuits and a kettle. Some rooms had a hairdryer, some didn't. Can't complain too much as the price was good, just over 70 quid for a Saturday night

I stayed here for a weekend with friends. The rooms are nice, clean and comfy. We booked breakfast and it was really good value for money. The bar is a traditional cosy pub with a juke box and pool table which we used. The staff were really helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our meal! Everything is so central we were spoilt for choice. Thank you to Kellie who made sure we had everything we needed. Will be back. x
