Extremely rude delivery guy.Was shocked by the rudeness of the delivery driver.I asked his name so that I could complain about his nasty attitude - he said his name was Mister Hotpoint. (Hilariously)Well mister hothead, you have lost your company a number of customers. I will be writing to complain and, needless to say, I will be leaving appropriate reviews everywhere.Very unprofessional.PS reading the reviews here, I see that terrible service is par for the course.

Had to return a product to the store the sales person Jen was really awful!!!Rude, accusing and really unhappy with me being there.. Made me feel like a criminal ??????.... never had a problem before

Ordered a Samsung Watch 4 for my wife and it wasn?t available anywhere in Aberdeen or shire around me. I had to travel all the way to Inverurie from Newtonhill. The service is very courteous and professional. The lady who served me was helpful and informative. I love Argos and its competitive price and customer service and tis store was no exception. Will definitely do business again.

Customer service is shocking i truly do not know who does the interviews but they lack experience (though i would like to hope there has to be at least one person that has people skills) but ive not come across one as yet .the employee that was on shift 5pm on Tuesday needs serious customer skills training cant give name as she refused to give it says it all!!
i have put a formal complaint in this week And in these uncertain times we are living in(which effects everyone but at work we try to be as professional as we can) you would think Argos Inverurie would be encouraging sales

Amazing service in Argos Inverurie today. I went to curry?s and they didn?t want to sell me a tv at all. Awful customer service so went to Argos, ordered from my phone and collected in minutes, helpful happy polite staff and they even carried it to my car at the other end of the car park. So happy with the service. Thank you!

I tried to take an electrical item back because it didn?t work. Costumer service said the cellophane wrapper was opened so it couldn?t be resold as it had signs of use. We said it doesn?t work anyway. ?See it from our point of view? she said, ? we can?t resell a used item?. Take advice Argos buyer... don?t do it! I have a useless item and the worst ?customer service? (I say this very loosely) I have ever seen. It was reasoning with a house brick.

Never never buy from Argos the customer care is terribleI bought a g tech cordless hoover from Argos and paid 200 pounds for my mum she old and needs something light to push around.So I built it up looks grate but when you pull it back it has rubber it was to hard for her. so I packed all back into the box and took it back to Argos.I ask could I replace it for another hoover guess what they said because it?s Argos policy if you use it they will not take it back now go away. I was really shocked how Argos treat there customers so they mean we got your money go away it?s your problem.Argos should be shut down scammersNever go back to Argos again

Appalling customer service. My 15 year old son bought a self assembly office chair which turned out to not be not suitable. Once assembled some parts, due to design would not disassemble. Inverurie had me and my son stand in their shop for 35 minutes while they checked every part, faffed picking dust off the fabric parts, counted the fittings and trying to take apart the bits that had 'locked' themselves in position to then tell us that, as it wouldn't fit back in the box they wouldn't refund. We now have a £90 chair we don't need. Livid

I bought a shark hand held vacuum in Feb, I couldn't find receipt but had proof from bank account and I was hopeful they could find my receipt which they did.
