Saw a big difference with the quality of sausage,bacon etc in morning catering 9th feb.I expect lunches will be the same.Farmers do know good food and will pay for quality.Nothing wrong with the "old" favourites,Mince tatties skirlie Broth, Tattie Soup,Steak and kidney,Macaroni and well filled pies.Rice Pudding,Crumbles,Eves Pud,Apple Tart.Best wishes to continued success and see footfall increased.
