A brilliant service, all design of our new kitchen was completed online from start to finish with the Inverness store (we live on the Isle of Lewis) Viewing with the 360 degree images was easy and clear. The quality of the Shaker Timber Regent Blue units is excellent, with beautiful extra finishes such as glass drawer sides and metal base to kitchen sink unit. Customer services were very easy to contact when the odd replacements were required. Pricing was competitive on units and appliances, with price matching policies in place with several retailers.Services: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

We were very happy with the design and quality of the kitchen.The designer was very professsional and produced an excellent kitchen design which suited our needs.Although the installation was considerably delayed, due to Wrens lack of ability to find a team of fitters, once we found a team of our own, things moved very quickly.The kitchen was delivered on the date agreed, by two efficient, friendly chaps who explained how to check that the items were correct and what to do if there was a problem.Our kitchen installers had no problems with the cabinets as all the instructions were clear and concise. There were only two slight issues regarding damage which were resolved easily within two days.Overall we are delighted with our new kitchen which is exactly what we were hoping for.Services: Remodeling

Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Bought a kitchen Dec 2021, Feb 2022 arrived. During installation a design flaw has been highlighted, a designer who designed our kitchen "forgot" there are specific dimensions for build-in washing machine. Although we have provided her 2 times with model as well as dimensions of washing machine we bought a few weeks prior, she never raised any issues (we could easily return it and buy different, compatible one as it was still in the box & untouched since delivered). With how the designed has been made, we are unable to use washing machine AT ALL. No way to open detergent drawer or use any buttons to even switch the machine on or choose washing program. Since March 2022 we are constantly trying to fix this issue but this company's complaints department system is an absolute joke. They only need to respond to you once in 2 weeks. You never speak with the same person, so you end up explaining the situation million times to million different people (each telling you a different thing...). They only operate based on photos/videos you can provide them (we asked if they can send someone to our house to see this in person, maybe take necessary measurements as it seemed to be easier than dealing with this over the phone). So far for over a year now we live with unfinished kitchen... For which we are paying since Dec 2021! DON'T RECOMMEND unless you want a head ache. Company only "cares" up until the moment the paperwork is signed and afterwards they simply don't worry about anything, as long as you pay it's not their problem that you live with their faulty design! Customer service horrendous. No consideration about a not completed kitchen. Pass the bucket. DO NOT GET A KITCHEN FROM WREN. I have trading standards involved. Quick in taking your money, but it service diabolical

We went there to finalise our kitchen design. Our planner could not have been more helpful. Helped us make the changes we wanted and showed us several options on things we couldn't decide upon.

Don't buy the gloss worktops - they scratch at the slightest thing. Hardened breadcrumbs when sliding a breadboard for example.Wren say its not a product issue. I'd say in that case they are not fit for purpose.

Lovely lady showed me all the ways my kitchen could be made special, efficient set up for measuring. Sadly I couldn't get my dream kitchen begore I sold my house, but.....I've a new house needing an upgrade, so....
