I went in past this store with my watch that I had replaced the battery in, but couldn?t get the back cover back on. Every other jeweller I?d tried was not confident it could be done without risking damage to the glass face of the watch. The young lady behind the desk was very helpful, and reassured me she would try her best, and off she went with it. She returned 30 seconds later with the back firmly in place. I can?t thank her enough! Great service! Next time I need the battery replaced, I will come straight to you!

Thank you to the staff who fixed my watch today, very good service and faster than I expected. I'll be going here when needed from now on.

Absolutely appalling service, the manager has no regard for anything other than greed, definitely aI purchased a item of jewelry from one of his female staff and she was very pleasant and said if it doesn't fit ur partner please come back and we will refund you or you can choose something else! so I left William morrisons feeling alot more relaxed knowing that if I got the size wrong I wouldn't be stuck....wrong!! came back 3 days later and the woman I made the sale with wasnt working that day. but the manager was, I explained to him what happened and he was having none of it shutting me down, he pointing to small sticker at the top corner of the building saying no refunds the last thing that would catch ur eye in a jewelry shop...it was at that moment I knew I had been had!! please share, and don't be fooled as soon as you part with ur hard earnd cash is gone this man is a parasite showed zero consideration please avoid if you want a good customer experience.

Fantastic jewellery, I got a ring from here and I was allowed tompay it up in installments and once fully paid I received my ring. Couldn't be happier and the staff were excellent. Barry Fulton
