I would not recommend Wicks to anyone. Three months and still only half a kitchen. Three delivery dates have come and gone. Still no response to numerous emails and calls. Next stop my solicitor. ???

We just got fined for parking in Wickes? car park while we were shopping there. We didn?t see any sign telling us we had to pay to use their car park and we only went 10 mins over the limit, now we have to pay £40. So much for customer parking. We will never shop here again.

Would not recommend them. We had a bath refit. Should have realised when design consultant left off work needing done on original quote, but as they were a big company I gave them a chance. In end with them their customer service is terrible. Missing items on order, stuff not ordered in first place. Broken bath delivered and left to get new one ourselves, no help from staff there. Rude service advisors , staff not passing on messages,not calling us back.Complaint given to store and manager never even acknowledged it. I left my number for him to call, he didn't.Basically once paid they dont care seems to be is the theme I've noticed.

Great service, staff went out of their way to find the item I needed that was not in shelf but in the warehouse.

Would give ZERO stars as they are absolutely horrendous!! NO SERVICE! Whatsoever, unhelpful and unfriendly staff! No professionalism whatsoever!We spoke to them in July 2021 to have a brand new bathroom installed for quite a high price. Was supposed to get the bathroom in September but as soon as the date came close they pushed it back. This is what they have done ever since. Date gets pushed back but we only know this as we contacted and asked them. Wickes itself has never contacted us, when you do finally get through to them they shrug their shoulders, make up excuses and basically don?t give a dam about anything you ask or say. No we?ve been given a date in April which I know won?t happen. They are good at taken your money and that is it!If you live in the Scottish highlands NEVER GO WITH WICKES! Never ever have I had such bad to no service and would have expected more from such a big company. But as usual they obviously only care about their money and not about customers

Not the biggest store and the car park charges for overrunning on time have to be kept in mind; however, the store was well stocked throughout and the staff were very easant and knowledgeable.

After considerable amount of time searching for parts to replace my kitchen sink tap, Michael in inverness store went over and above in order to help me. I am no plumber but have a good engineering understanding. He solved all the technical issues I had in no time. Not a huge sale but a huge thank you for your excelent assistance. Problem solved and new tap fitted. A very happy customer who will be back for more purchases in the near future.

Went to ask for advice at 1545 about plasterboard fixings and was told no member of staff was experienced to advise about my enquiry.Absolutely shocking.Not a place to go if you need advice.Went to B and Q instead where I got everything I needed efficiently.

Staff were friendly, but couldn't really help me due to company policy restrictions brought in around Nov 2019 that restrict deliveries.The App seems to give me the run around, and no help with that was forthcoming.So your loss on this bulk order will be your competitors gain.

I went to Wickes in Inverness and I know we are in a pandemic but I hurt my back putting 2 bags of master Crete on trolley from shelf ! I went to the till and asked if it could just be lifted into boot of my car for me and no ! Company policy ! I understand that but surely a wee bit if common sense should be taken ! It was 8 am no one around car park empty plenty social distant area as no cars in car park . I would have taken trolly to car and stood well back ! But no ! So I had to struggle as I had a workman coming. I had been looking at a new kitchen in there but will certainly not be going now . Went to B &Q the staff friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. What a difference think Wickes need to have a look at there customer service skills and really get them in place . A very disappointed customer who will not be returning to this store.

Very cold shop you wouldn't want to hang about in there. Resembles the old film Logan's Run (Google it) as none of the staff appear to be over 30 - or 20 come to that though you're lucky if you can find one to start with. Don't expect to pay the price on the shelf edge we were told "That's an old ticket it's actually this price" (after several long minutes searching the nearby computer) and the shelf edge price wasn't honoured. You can bet your bottom dollar those tickets will still be on the shelf edge. Thank goodness B&q is next door.

Very rude staff, asked for help to find an item I couldn't find anywhere although I was told there was "loads of stock". Nobody could be bothered to help me find the item. I walked into next door b&q and asked a member of staff there who kindly took me straight to the item. I'll never go back to Wickes.
