Had a good experience today. I even found a few discounted books in the shop. The customer service is great and the shop has lots of items. The stationary section was a big one with a lot of items. You can also find self-checkout counters in the shop. The shop is on the high street.

Awful awful customer service. Worst WH Smith in Scotland. Avoid. Go somewhere else. They need better customer service training.

Absolutely awful service in high street Inverness . Long haired young man leaning on counter every time I go in .No acknowlegement or customer interaction , no please or thank you .Too much to expect even the basics in this shop.

I wasn't very happy over the attitude of the staff member working today. Not very helpful and she didn't seem to want to be there and didn't seem to want to help someone when they wanted to exchange their money. Also, the meal deal seems to only include certain items when other places would include that in their meal deal prices and at £4.99 as well a tad of a rip off!

First and last time ever in shop. Staff attitude stinks, and need to learn how to talk to customers!!!

Bought dvd, got home, tried it, was faulty! Returned to shop and was replaced with a new dvd.

It has everything you would expect papers magazines and snacks. It serves tea and coffee ideal for catching the train . The store is quite small which can get crowded often. Also it closes too early in the evening

Great shop - for the best bit go downstairs for travel guides & great notebooks, scrapbooks, etc. Staff seem preoccupied with everything but their customers though.

This is a great shop for cards and wrap. Good selection of magazines and newspapers. They have a ground floor with a good selection of books, jigsaws and items for your computer. I visit this shop at least once a week, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and a good selection. It can get a bit busy with usually only one person on tills. There are self serve tills available but they don't cover everything
