brilliant selection of books with easily identifiable sections. incredibly helpful staff, plus book recommendation notes on the shelves with little reviews from books the staff have read and enjoyed - a lovely personal touch. they also have a games section and have a jellycat stand! great kids section too. lovely atmosphere, lots of kind smiles. love Waterstones ??
