Highly recommend Inverness Volvo, particularly product consultant Rhys. The process has been seamless from start to finish and Rhys has been so helpful and patient with me. His communication from ordering the vehicle to handover has been amazing. I picked my new car up today and Rhys explained everything I needed to know in depth and was very helpful in showing me how to use Bluetooth. I will definitely buy from him again!

The service was great. Every part of the experience for the collection and process of receiving my new car was top standard. A special mention to Kieran Grant who was my product consultant who made the whole process stress free and easy. The collection of my car was the most special moment for me as I was greeted to the most warm of welcomes from Kieran himself and his Manager Willie MacKenzie.

I bought the car on 16/01/24. Two weeks noticed the car started pulling left. Having a knocking noise from the front, the front left tyre was worn to the inner side, seal on the panoramic roof shorter by more than 1 centimetre. Went to a Volvo dealer as the car was under the manufacturer's warranty, and they told me I needed to pay the diagnostic fee as I hadn`t bought the car from them. Request to return the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, within 30 days as the above is not a satisfactory quality product and doesn`t match with the description. I have been asked to drop off the car at the local branch for inspection. Left the pictures of the worn tyre and a video clip of how the car pulled left on a straight road and instructed the staff that I am not permitting any repairing job, but only checks and inspection. The car has been checked and the inspector couldn`t fail the car. Went to the branch trying to get information about the test they had done and as the inspector didn`t notice any of the above they didn`t make a tracking check. Not a pro, but common sense is to do an alignment test if there is a worn tyre and pull it aside. Request a copy of the report from the test and have been told they can not provide me with it. Wondering why it is so secret? I requested a tracking test and after the test, I received a message that an adjustment had been made and two tyres were replaced. The outcome from both tests sent to me is:-car doesn`t pull.-tyre treat all ok-tracking done, slightly off, wouldn`t cause pulling, adjustment done-NSF and NSR tyres changed to have even treat-knocking from the front is characteristic of the vehicle. No need to be an engineer to spot the smell from this report and attempt to cover the mistakes. No fear of treatment to the customers.

We have recently purchased a car from the Arnold Clark, Volvo Inverness branch and spent a number of hours talking with and being very well looked after by Rhys at the branch. There was no hard sell, an understanding of what we were looking for both in terms of vehicle and price, the option to test drive a number of vehicles and plenty of coffee! All in all a fab experience and we drove away that day with a car as Rhys went above and beyond to do the final bits and pieces needed to save us making a further trip to Inverness.

I can highly recommend Inverness Volvo for your next car. The staff are all super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. My Product Consultant Rhys went above and beyond helping me to chose my new car, and nothing was too much trouble for him. From taking a personalised in depth video of a car for me (as I live 2 hours away from the dealership), to taking me out for a "driving lesson" in an automatic car as I'd only ever driven manual cars for 34 years and was nervous about driving a manual car. But he had the patience of a saint, allayed my fears and I ended up buying my first ever automatic car all thanks to him.The after sales service has also been second to none. I have purchased many cars in my time from many different dealerships, but I can 100% say that the service I have received from Inverness Volvo has been the best ever. I am a very happy customer and I am extremely delighted with my new car. Thank you Inverness Volvo for all your help in making my car purchase such a smooth and easy process.

Volvo v60 was left with Arnold Clark Volvo Inverness on 7th of January 2024. A brand new battery and aux battery was fitted the week before going into Volvo ( sticker added to both confirming the date I fitted them)After numerous calls and promises the car would be looked at ? next week? it was diagnosed in mid February with a failed steering rack.170quid for the pleasure of them diagnosing the car .Thereafter a pleasant voicemail seeking authorisation to repair the car with a quote ;270 for new battery ( advised the brand new battery fitted was flat) This is not a huge surprise when it sits for nearly 6 weeks in the winter, in your care and without a charge.3000 for the supply and fit of a new steering rack.Service has been poor and the quote for the repair is, in my opinion, extortionate. Poor experience all round .

Had a positive purchase experience with Volvo Inverness, but the customer service has fallen sharply a year on when we really need it. Service due, MOT due and no heating in the middle of January with two small children and after multiple unreturned calls, an appointment 3.5 weeks out is all that is offered. Warranty in place, but they are already discussing charges without even having a look at the car. Really disappointing aftercare.
