The staff so friendly/helpful, good range of products and prices were reasonable too. Saved us faffing, purchased a Highland cow reusable rain poncho. Worked a treat as we braved the weather and visited Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness. Very helpful service, funny moment on a very wet and windy day. Do seek them out if you need... read full comment

When I visited Inverness by myself, I came into the VisitScotland Inverness iCentre and it's a shop where you can buy gifts but also you can prebook tours and experiences, I liked their shortbread options and they were great with directions for me.
