Great, was seen by Sharon, then Ryan, both really helpful, professional and informative. They explained my options clearly and took a lot of trouble to get my prescription right. Highly recommend, including the others in the team.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and explained all that was going to be done during the test. It was a hassle free visit. The only thing was that I?d said my glasses were for computer/use at work only, and needed that noted down, but it hasn?t been. Hopefully they?ll add that on when I go back in, or I won?t get any money off through work.
Vision express, inches Inverness: i managed to get an appointment within two days .. i was extremely pleased with the customer service , taken at my allocated time ,i gave 5 stars because the service was excellent. The optician was very polite and attentive ,he seeked advice from one of his colleagues who was also very good and explained everything that was happening to my eyes , the advice that I was given has helped and I can't thank them enough ?
