Terrible Service just been told 16:30 today, can’t withdraw more than £500 after 16:00, ridiculous when Bank is open for another hour, no wonder nobody was inside, another customer account will be shut, & moving across the road which will lets you withdraw money until it shuts. BANK OF SCOTLAND LOOKING FORWARD !!!

TSB is a terrible branch all together but this one in Inverness is tops it all. Cash machine outside of the bank never works, like never and it’s different problems every time. Because it’s in high street you have to park elsewhere and walk to here just find that machine is broken every time for well over a month now,...

I visited the Inverness branch recently.
Every single person was kind, knowledgeable and ready to help.
I can honestly rate it as my best experience if it comes to the banking.
I received help I needed and my problem was solved within a minutes.
