Absolutely shocking service will make complaints to head office two gentlemans
To busy /to lazy to help ask me to check catalogue myself, there were no people inside , completely quiet on Wednesday 18.30 they been not been bothered to help and are rude.
. Absolutely shocking customer service is deeply disappointing. Went to screwfix instead.

Ordered for next day, now 5 days late, customer services said there had been a delay, which I had actually managed to work out, so I would not order again if not in stock. Rated 1 star as never even offered a voucher, or some other compensation, job held up for a week.

Great store for tools and components for building and DIY projects.
They are open 7days and usually carry great stock. Can order online for collection in minutes or order can be delivered within a couple of days. Competitively priced, good quality products. I use them often. Highly recommend.

Terrible waste of money.
Bought 3 tarpaulins at £60.00 each and quickly falling apart in the Sun ?. Don't waste your money and time !

Not happy paid for evostick sanitary silicone got home found I was sold Soudal silicone which costs half the price. Need to go back but this is 25 miles away!

I only use toolstation when I have to. For good reason! For a recent order, next day delivery took an additional 2 days. I appreciate being in the Highlands it might take a day longer but shouldn't be two. And if so this should be clearly indicated. When it did arrive. The staff seemed to have no idea. Didn't know where it was, what it was etc. Really poor, and what I have come to expect from toolstation unfortunately. Seems very poorly organised and run. Much better alternatives if you can get the product elsewhere.
