Place offers photographs but when you go there to have one done they send you away saying they have to ma y keys to do so they cant spare 10 minutes to help you out, sending you to other places. Disappointing !!!

Expensive replacement key for my Mitsubishi L200 truck but the electronic tag works as does the physical key plus I had excellent advice regarding my Skoda keyless system.
Expensive but better than getting caught out having lost my only key. Thanks for a great service

Fantastic experience, Clive was so helpful and friendly. He sorted the keys for my bike which had a chip and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be.

Very poor service. Timpson selected the wrong type of key to cut, so was never going to fit the lock. Patently the wrong base key chosen, as the groove is on one side on the original, on the other side on the one that was selected by Timpons staff. When travelled back to shop (which is 30 miles from here I live) staff was unrepentant, no apology, no offer of a free key, tried to dodge the issue by suggesting I might have had this cut in a different shop. Won't be back.

Had to wait 10 days for keyfob replacement, was advised that a call would be made as soon the keyfob arrived at store , no such call was received. After several attempts at calling the store I eventually got through and was advised that the replacement key had , indeed ,arrived Subsequently an appointment was made and to their credit the work was carried out very quickly

Clive - the consummate professional, interrogating the Timpson database like he was an integral part of the Matrix! Both knowledgable and efficient, he brought a little levity to an otherwise mundane visit. Consistent and attentive, a true asset to the franchise!

More than a first class service. I am not kidding when I say we were there for hours with a stubborn 2 year old who didn't want her picture taken! Clive has the patience of an angel, and the picture ended up being taken outside to get the correct light. I honestly can not thank him enough for his determination to get the picture taken! Thank you

Super service by Stefan from Timpson Inshes Retail Park. He went the extra mile to help us solve the issue that we were facing. While most retail staff would just go ?sorry we can?t help you?, Stefan offered us different recommendations and even made extra calls to find us a solution.
