This store is a lifesaver! I?m traveling from the US and the soles off my shoe started to come off and Timpson?s was able to fix it all in just under an hour! Truly a handy all-around store!

Bob at this store is a LIFESAVER. My car key broke & he not only got it working again, but he also came with us to the car park to check. Fantastic customer service & an all round lovely bloke. If you're needing these services then I highly recommend this branch purely for him!

We took a wooden box into the shop for engraving. The man who did it was called Bob.
What a lovely man, he was so helpful with the words. His manner was caring. We collected it
an hour later. He did a beautiful job. God Bless you.

Gave in my watch for a battery change and I received it back in poor condition.
With signs of damage on the back. Deep cuts and grooves in the watch strap regions made by some sharp instrument and a big ugly indent next to the area you're meant to pry up to open the back.
Overall not too happy with how my watch was handled

Moody people didn't really seem bothered or wanted to help but my mum did get her watch strap replaced but didnt get offered any different colours other then black

Our car key broke and Bob helped us get a copy. It didn't work at first, but after some adjustments it worked perfectly. He even walked us to our car to check that everything was working. He saved me! ?
