Was staying at hotel went to get food after arriving to be told the only do bookings, restaurant not busy, pathetic service

Don’t come here unless you are a hotel guest! We went to the empty restaurant for dinner at 17:45 only to be told that it’s only open for guests. There wasn’t anybody around.

Very friendly welcome, fast and dynamic service! Excellent meat, blue as requested, a rare thing! The desserts, sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake, were delicious! Truly enchanted!
