Popped in to get some flowers for a friend. Ten minutes later I walked out with one of the most stunning bouquets I have ever seen - an array of jewel like flowers, put together with great style. As an extra bonus, it was also very good value. Very many thanks.

I ordered flowers for my mums birthday which did not arrive despite receiving a false email saying they were delivered. The woman apologised the next day saying she mixed up the dates (I ordered online). She then offered either an upgraded bouquet or a refund with no flowers. I had no choice but to accept if I wanted the flowers but do not feel that this was adequate. I asked for a partial refund, however this was refused. I was a returning customer but wont order from here again unfortunately.

I?m from London, and I wasn?t sure which florist to use not knowing the area, I chose to order from this company (The Flower Company). I ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday. I would like to thank you so much for the beautiful flowers sent, they were stunning and my friend was so pleased with them. Thank you I will definitely use you again.

Beautiful basket, I went with the 'seasonal option' and medium size and it was A LOT for the price. Arrived the day after ordering from previous night. Now my go to flower service over Simpson's, as they are way overpriced.
