I adore this wee shop! They have something for every occasion and the quality is superb. Such a homely place and the staff are amazing!I popped in today for a gift and didn't realise it was card payment only. The lovely lady let me take it away and phone later to pay over the phone. Little touches like this is why it's such a special shop and i will return time and time again. It's like a big hug! ??

A lovely little shop that's well worth a visit if you (like me) are into quirky little gifts and homewares.The team of staff have been lovely and welcoming every time I've popped in and can't do enough to help, whether it's knowledge about the products or gift wrapping, etc.My only fault with it is that it can get a little snug and cramped if there's more than 2 customers in, due to the small size of the shop itself. I do think they've done the best layout they can, for fitting in all the displays and bits and bobs on sale.

Absolutely fantastic service. Have been in the shop many times and it is always a good experience. Always helped by the friendly staff and there is something for everyone. This was the first time I ordered online. I ordered my item at approximately 8pm and it was delivered by 10pm. Definitely use online again.

Always willing to.go the extra mile when requesting a gift.When we went to pick up gift part wasnt ready so they delivered it that evening with a little gift as a 'thank you 'for being patient.You wont find many places doing that.Always so helpful.

I?m truly appalled by the treatment I received today. I purchased an item over the phone and went in to collect. The woman asked me to wear a mask which is completely understandable so I politely explained that I was medically exempt. She demanded to see my ?ID? which I asked her to clarify. ?I want to see your medical evidence!? She replied. I was so shocked but I explained that it?s not mandatory to have any such proof (and I would never discuss my health with a perfect stranger!). She proceeded to tell me I was now not allowed to shop in there, to which I explained I was only there to collect something I had already bought. I would urge you all to spend your money in the great many small local business who are Disability Confident and understand the harmful effects of such degrading (and unlawful) discrimination.

During lockdown I have ordered cards from the Drawing Room on three separate occasions and the service has been absolutely brilliant and all my phone enquiries with them have been dealt with very efficiently.
