We slept at Claudie Inn for 2 nights, the room was ok but the bathroom was dirty, they did some poor renovation; breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices but the quality of food could be better.
I asked to do the room and was poorly done, the bed was exactly as I left it in the morning and the bathroom full of hair on the floor.
For the price they ask we had better in the area.
We had dinner the first night we arrived, the menu was mostly international food, the prices are quite high compared to the quality which is average.
Service is ok and the location is beautiful, not what we expected in the middle of the nature I would expect something more authentic based on how the black sheep is marketing the Inn : ?luxurious stay? ?mountain inspired cuisine? (like Italian or Indian ?!?)

After a gruelling 12-hour hike along the Kintail Ridge, we were beyond relieved to reach The Cluanie Inn. The clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food felt like pure luxury after such a long day. The free buffet breakfast the next morning was a wonderful (and unexpected) bonus! What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible service ? when we asked about transport back to our car, BLAZE!! one of the staff, kindly offered us a lift on his day off. That?s above-and-beyond hospitality. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

We didn?t stay here so I can?t speak to the arrangements but we were in a car crash nearby and the management were super kind. They let us use their phone for over an hour, gave us great advice, and took care of us while we waited. They truly went above and beyond to help us out.
I cannot recommend them enough for taking care of us. Thank you!
Also there are super cute hairy coos in the parking lot

I stopped at the inn for lunch during a road trip, because there were little options left and by checking the reviews, it seems nice and affordable. The menu was a little confused, by mixing Indian, Mexican and Scottish food but it was ok. What is what not ok is that everyhing was over 12 pound. I was travelling with a companion, so we were not in for a full lunch but we ended up paying around 40 pounds for two starters and two soft drinks. Definitely too much for my taste.
(even the gas station was overpriced)
The food was ok, but not worth the price they ask.
So, if you are starving and have no option, this place is ok, but beware, the bill will be high.

I recommend avoiding this establishment. Have been staying here for a few years but have serious gone down hill and not worth staying there anymore, TV don?t work properly, food is under cook, manager is extremely disappointing, and the price of the food and is extremely expensive for the area for a disappointing quality. Their morals and customer service and extremely questionable.

Fabulous location with easy motor access to wonderful scenery. Hotel was clean, well serviced by friendly helpful staff.

We are so incredibly excited. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We feel right at home. The food is incredibly delicious! The nature is breathtaking. We even saw a deer up close while walking :)! Best regards, Henrik and Mara

Great food and excellent service. Being in a remote location I did not high hopes, but I was so wrong. I completely underestimated the level of service and the taste too.
The firecracker chicken burger has a smoky flavour and the pizza was amazing with a thin crust and amazing cheese.
The service staff was very friendly and the food was served really quick too!!

I didn?t stay here, but instead stopped for a late dinner.
I have several gut issues where I am only currently eating meat and avocado. When I placed an order of just a burger patty, bacon, and avocado, the waiter initially said he would have to charge me for the full burger order, even though I wasn?t getting sides, buns, veggies, or condiments.
I am used to this when I go out, so I simply said, ?no worries, I?ll have water? and allowed my daughter to order her dinner.
I was content with not eating, but the waiter ended up bringing me my order regardless and only charge me for a much more minimal expense.
I really appreciate his courtesy and thoughtfulness, as I know my food sensitivities are a bit unusual.
There were too men who looked the same (maybe brothers), so I can?t tell if it was Waren or Warren who helped me, but whoever it was, a big thank you!

Super impressed with the experience at Cluanie Inn! It felt like a home away from home with the warm, friendly and thoughtful service from almost every staff there, particularly Warren & Warner. We went for two consecutive nights for dinner and almost every dish exceeded our expectations. Spectacularly wide menu hitting all the right tastebuds. Thanks for an amazing experience!
