I was shocked today to find the young lady at checkout was loaded with the flue. She was more than helpful and was obviously struggling to cope.
No hand sanitizer, mask, she just kept coughing and sneezing over everything.

Shocking customer service I purchased a bag of apples got to the frount door and the bag bust dropping the apples on the floor l went to the customer service desk explaining what had happened the girl went away and came back with a empty bag and handed to me just wash the apples st home she said when l said I did not want the now dirty and bruised fruit she tufted and shaped my refund on the desk typical customer service from tesco

Stopped by for some bits after camping out in the highlands and lach ness lake trekking for hours needed my phone charged Rhona Duncan was kind enough to charge my phone absolute life saver , all the staff were lovely and helpful , but special thanks to Rhona really grateful wish her all the best .

No plastic bags readily available at the self service checkouts. Hidden away on a shelf nearby. It is so infuriating that supermarkets have started to hide away plastic bags. There is a storage place for them at the self service checkout but it is always empty. They should be available at the checkout itself.
