Tuesday mid morning 3 checkouts open 10full trolleys waiting. Supervisor? Said dont have staff. Trolley self service closed no staff. . Unbelievable

This Tesco Extra has everything expected from a large supermarket with plenty of parking.
Staff were friendly. Parking easy. Self checkout efficient. Toilets were also ok.

Lesley at the scan as you shop checkouts today at 12 had absolutely shocking customer service. Blocking the checkouts during the 2 minute silence was a step too far. When queried she was adamant that she had the right to do that despite the fact that the self service and main bank tills were still operational the whole time. We could have easily gone through the tills while observing the silence but weren't allowed too. Perhaps management should have a word with her about forcing her opinions/beliefs on customers before this happens again.

Shocking store. Manager is a disgrace. Seems to have changed manager recently, last manager who I had to speak to about an issue with my clubcard a year of so ago was lovely guy but this one thinks of himself as some sort of tyrant. Been shopping here for years then this new manager stops me one day saying he suspects me of stealing, confused and embarrassed I ask him for an explanation and proof and he says he doesn't need it. Saying all this in a busy store. I was then told to leave. I had my young children with me and there was definitely no stealing going on with me or my children. I have made a complaint to Tesco but I will not be shopping at Tesco again as it's not the first time I have experienced rudeness from staff in here. Horrific experience as a long time customer.

Was in last night after a job interview with some friends getting some tobacco skins and filters when I went to purchase these items at the desk. The women who was working there at the time her attitude was disgraceful! Then once I had got the fags and skins she proceeded to accuse me of being cheeky and to watch or she would have me carried out of Tescos not happy at all not the first staff member either in a Tescos Inverness to have a stinking attitude!

I am on yr vulnerable customer site today (a little snow outside Inverness) got a message my order would be delivered between 1 and 2 pm . Then because of weather conditions ? cancelled . I am disabled and can't get out. Could not contact tesco or new name (fiasco)) I had no milk or bread but after managing to get through to them they were very sorry. I only live 1 to 2 miles on A9 which was perfectly clear from their Super store. However they were not going to take my payment ! And I can order again I was so upset as I did not know what to do their treatment was cruel. I eventually spoke to a nice lady but it was outwith her remit. A very harrowing experience for a disabled OAP. I don't believe the weather in town was the problem.
