I am extremely unsatisfied with the staff in this superdrug. All year starting from december 2022 me and my friends have been watched and followed around the store. This may be policy but there work staff in every aisle watching us in specific. We have been told to stop ?touching things? in the store when swatching shades of foundation and are constantly asked if we need help. Today in specific me and my friends came in and purchased makeup which was fine then we went back in around an hour later to get more things to which we were greeted by a worker with pink short hair going by the name ?Kerry? she told us to get out and said we were banned because we had shoplifted before Christmas which was false so me and my friends asked what we supposedly shoplifted and she said lashes and star-face spot patches. Then she went on to tell us that she had proof on her camera and showed us pictures of three girls who looked nothing like us and then she kicked us out and said she did have photos of us just not on her camera and told us she didn?t have time to show us the proof, called us childish and kicked us out. When we returned to see the so called proof she screamed at us to get out. We have now been banned for ?shoplifting? even though there is none proof and we never did.
