Really disappointed with our take away coffee today, ordered a pistachio latte and a cappuccino, in reusable (Starbucks) cups. We both requested our drinks to be extra hot, to say they were lukewarm is an understatement. The drinks were that cool they could have been given to a 3 year old. Expensive! But the pistachio latte was lovely (although there is alot of cold froth to get through before you get to the hot drink). My mug was dirty which ruined it for me, but I did get a refund. Alot of tables with cups waiting to be cleared too. The 2 staff members I dealt with were polite and friendly.
