We had moved house and I thought I had lost my birthday card with gift vouchers ILuckily, it turned out I found itHowever, it had run past its expired dateI was so worried about this ..The 2 sales assistants were so welcoming and friendly. They said not to worry they would try and do something about it for me .How lovely!The service I received today was absolutely fantastic.They honoured my gift voucher and spent lots of time and care to make sure I received the right trainers .I couldn't believe it !I would 100 % recommendGetting your trainers or running gear from this shop .I will DEFINITELY be backGreat service, thanksA million.Claire x ♥️”

“Visited the Inverness store this morning to get shoes for my son and we received excellent customer service. We always go to S/D for our kids shoes and its a case of get on with it youselves, apart from getting the correct size. So it was a pleasure to get the help and explanation to sizing and Brandon finding the right shoe for him.Thank you Brandon, very much appreciated.”

“I had a great experience on my visit to the store recently. The young boy who served me was extremely helpful and very polite. Actually he couldn’t have helped anymore if he tried.. However I wasn’t happy with one particular female who works there.. the way she looks at customers as if they are below her is absolutely ridiculous behaviour. I can’t tell you her name but what I can tell you is if she wore anymore makeup you would have to scrape it off with a shovel. Maybe a little reminder to staff that no one is better than anyone in this world we are all the same. I also noticed that the staff don’t treat other members very fairy actually they treat them very poorly. Again a reminder that no one is any better than anyone else we are all the same and we are all equal. Perhaps a reminder to those individuals who like to constantly moan at members of staff in front of customer (not appropriate) belittle them and make them feel worthless should go on a course as a reminder on how to not only to treat members of staff but to also learn some manners. I have shopped in your store for many many years and I have watched such behaviour on many occasions however this time I am disappointed and disgusted by your store. A little reminder that some members of staff and I mean some are very nice polite helpful and make you feel very welcome however others really shouldn’t work in customers services as their attitudes towards other members of staff are vile. This also includes some members of management. The only reason I have given 5 starts is because of the young boy who served me. If it hadn’t been for him you would have no star rating.”
