Products are well priced but service is a bit lacking. Could be due to very young workforce with not much training in customer service. Asked for a certain size of trainer from a young male, he grabbed the trainer and just said yeah after scanning and handed the display trainer back to us and walked off. He eventually came back with the trainers in the right size but we weren't sure if he'd be coming back at all or not. I know they don't get paid much but a smile wouldn't hurt either

Unfortunately like every other sports shop in Inverness, they are racist to the English!!! Fancy selling knock off England shirt but not the official one disgusting behaviour

Went to the shop yesterday 28/10/2021 and bought a lot of deals, more than £100 worth, only to find that the deals had not scanned the discount. Came back this morning and asked them about it and apparently you need to buy two identical items for the discount. So went ahead and changed some things to get the discount. Then went back and they told me the total and I paid the difference in to find that they rang a pants twice. They refused to give me the cash back that I just gave them and now I have a voucher to spend. There error now is my problem.... Will definitely not be buying anything from them again.

Visited the Inverness store this morning to get shoes for my son and we received excellent customer service. We always go to S/D for our kids shoes and its a case of get on with it youselves, apart from getting the correct size. So it was a pleasure to get the help and explanation to sizing and Brandon finding the right shoe for him.Thank you Brandon, very much appreciated.

This my second time I went to sport direct, actually is not top but it's ok, for my shopping as an adventurer I can't find a high level of gears for Adventure but still, you can get some with good price.Hope they make a better design for the shop as the atmosphere here isn't positive, everything mixed up and they should do something different, my subjection is to make different department for each kind of activities because make easier to find out everything for each activity in one place.Shop location good if you don't come with the car ? but if you have a car there is parking around. Staff are friendly and helpful, shop not very clean.Hope you enjoy your shopping.
