The staff were so helpful and my eye exam was very thorough.
A member of staff helped me to choose glasses and suggested that they could send them to the Dingwall branch as it's closer to me.
The Dingwall staff although very polite didn't seem to quite the same level of helpfulness.

Had my visit last month. The staff are really lovely and everything was very thorough but I saw 6 different people during my appointment. The last 3 contradicted each other. I was asked so many questions and was bombarded with information that I just felt so overwhelmed and couldn't wait to leave.
As i've said in my previous reviews, the in-store selection isn't that good and when I said I preferred the online range, I got a tut in reply. I felt pushed to get all 3 frames in-store. Am I happy with my glasses? To an extent but I honestly think I'll be going elsewhere for my next appointment.

Just an excellent service at Specsavers in Inverness - easy to book appointment, very professional opticians, tests and equipment, with very friendly and helpful support staff. Although I live in Spain, I will certainly be returning to Specsavers in Inverness for my periodic eye tests every couple of years!

Quick and easy process;both the eye test and purchasing glasses. All staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't act like sales people trying to get you to spend more, they give good advice and helpful options.
Iona helped me several times, extremely easy to talk to and seems genuinely kind and relatable to customers and other staff!

After tests on my eyes I was told I had glaucoma and cataracts in both eyes and was referred to hospital six months later I was back to choose new glasses oh my what a difference I can see again.so happy with Specsavers my new glasses are perfect and the staff.are to.?
