Terrible experience. Shop assistant, Steven, approached as soon as we walked in and explained that there was no 'pressure selling' in this store. He explained how the fabric choices and furniture ranges were displayed with each sofa and said that no one would be following us around so just call if you need help. Great we thought, we can browse at will. How wrong we were, Steven followed us all thevtime so we couldn't have a private conversation at all. Literally hounded out of the shop by him. Will not be returning.

I have faulty battery what a terrible carry on to get it replaced I've to take photos 6 in all of couch (there's no fault with couch) never again will I purchase anything from this store !!!!!!! All the hassle of getting a replacement battery that costs £100 when I've spent £3500 wont be back!!!!!

Staff are fantastic, no pushy salespeople, we first looked at a new couch almost 9 months ago and went back to look at it a few times taking our dogs with us , it will be as much their couch as ours , making sure it was what we definitely wanted , I can?t praise the sales staff enough for all their help they were brilliant . I would come recommend them to anyone looking for a new couch
