Had an issue with safety footwear falling apart after on 10 months of very light use. The staff at screwfix inverness were able to locate my original order, even though I couldn't find it in my account purchase history, and after confirming the item appeared to be defective, replaced the boots with a new pair. I was well impressed by the level of service I received from the folks at the store who I have always found to be polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you screwfix inverness.

What I like about Screwfix is you can check to see if they have what you want, reserve it, turn up, and then buy it. The service is very quick with usually no wait at all. You can turn up and if your item is not in stock, they can usually get it delivered the next day. There is parking outside and for me it is all very straightforward.

Order from catalogue or on line for collection. Dealt with Screwfix since they were mail order only up here but first time using their warehouse.
