I have never met more rude, disrespectful staff in my life than here, (short young girl with dyed red hair with glasses) who are pointing the door for me to get out. Make sure you leave your kids/wife outside in the car in -6 degrees, otherwise they won?t serve you 18+ products. You better do your shopping in inverness which is not that far and much cheaper. If you want your day to get ruined then you stop by.

Got the supermarket meal deal for £4 and was charged £6.25. When it clearly said on the board that soup and baguette Meal deal would come to £4 Then was giving half a soup and a warm coke :((

A good store in Drumnadrochit for groceries, drinks etc. The prices are reasonable and parking is available.

The worst service in all the land. If the miserable woman behind the counter hasn?t got the cognitive skills to communicate with customers then just put a sign up saying ? for hot food order at till?. Having experienced the dimwits working there I highly doubt anyone associated with this shop has the ability to read and write.

Very handy if you've just arrived on holiday as not many shops right in the village. Cashpoint also which is handy if you want to use the take aways. We've popped in most days since we've been here.

We like to stop here on our way to and from Inverness for a bite to eat and a drink.I'm beginning to think we won't bother in future.A couple of the staff are lovely and clearly care but most of them are surly, grumpy, snappy and rude.I'll give 2 stars because the shop is fine in most regards but customer service should be a higher priority, there is no excuse for rudeness.

Stopped in quicky to buy some supplies on our journey. The store is larger than it looks and very modern. Plenty of stock and a large selection which I was surprised about.

Awful little cockney man served my partner who is Scottish?..(I?m English) zero customer service skills and doesn?t know what mascarpone sauce is ?asked for an assistant to help but he refused to get an assistant?.eventually got an assistant who was also a miserable unhelpful twat?.I dont understand people like that and also don?t know how they still have their teeth !!

Popped in to buy sandwiches and they had run out, on a Wednesday at 10am. The assistant said they'd had no deliveries for a few days so no sandwiches or bread, that was it! Seems a coop designed to provide for locals and tourists they would organise their deliveries better!

pop in for coffee and bacon roll , the young guy clearly can't be bothered , trudging to get a roll , then look for a knife to butter it , then over to hotplates for bacon then gets a bag to put it. oh my it was like watching something in slow motion , another girl had to come help serve and she served 5 people in the space of my bacon roll.. if your not interested in your job as it clearly shows leave and give someone a else a chance.
