Maybe I was wrong but I had two through so many hoops two acess my account then three days later may account had blocks call that's what it said then tell me two go in branch again so I am guessing I will have to jump through more hoops

I am pleased my bank still survives on the High Street in Inverness. I come here mainly to withdraw cash, sometimes I have a deposit to make. I like the fact someone is available should I need advice.
Almost every time I visit this branch, I am told I can do my transactions online. Online is killing the bank and yet their very own staff promote it. It doesn't make sense.
