Shocking treatment of 86 year old man - waiting a response since April - no one will help. Complaints dept do not respond - other departments tell you to call customer service - you repeat the same things to multiple people daily but no action taken. You are sent to their Website to log complaint interestingly the app does not work and just asks to try again later. Weeks and months go by and you are caught in a never ending loop with no response. Meanwhile the old man asks multiple times a day for an updated and is getting more and more stressed daily.

Just to say i am still waiting on my statements that have been asked for 3 tomes now to be told I need to wait 3 to 5 days before asking again. This is a disgrace. Also it is totally impossible to soeak to a human i was in tears trying to get oast your computer yesterday.days

Cash machine couldn't count my money.after 3 attempts gave me it back and I had to stand in queue.45 minutes just to pop in and deposit cash.pathetic

I would give no stars if I could. The RBS has caused us weeks of anxiety and upset because my husband can't access his account and I am having to pay for everything and am overdrawn. In December my husband's laptop was hacked and he had to cancel all his bank cards. New cards were sent to our old address in Edinburgh where we had not lived for 12 years. We now live on a Western Isle - so no facilities here. We phoned, we emailed. Finally before Christmas, we took the ferry to Inverness and went into the bank on Harbour Road. We were promised new bank cards by Christmas and if not the New Year. It is January 16th, and my husband still has no cards. He cannot access his account. On the phone, there is a robot, and it seems there is no-one in this bank who can get cards to our address here. What are we supposed to do with rent to pay and a second hand car to buy? Customer service and care is atrocious.

For the first time in ages I was satisfied with the service we received here. Cashier was very helpful and dealt with our queries in an efficient manner.

The worst bank I've ever dealt with.There online banking is a pure joke every time you go to use it, it wants you upgrade it so I I do then I cant even do a easy task as a "bank transfer"??

My Aunt went to Royal Bank in the Longman Rd Inverness. Woman outside was very rude and tyrannical. My Aunt is 82yrs old. Woman asked why she not using the latest technology

My Aunt who is 83 years old went to this bank today and was met with a very rude and tyrannical women employed by RBS. Asking her to use Internet Banking and latest technologies for her cheques to cash? she is in her 80s for goodness sake. Terrible. I'm speaking to the MP for that area.
