I attempt to pick up a prescription here every month and it?s never there on time. Always the same same excuse that the ?doctors never sent it? don?t think i?ve ever been in when my prescription has been correct. some of my prescriptions have had the incorrect number of pills and once they gave my prescription to someone else.

I called into this pharmacy this morning and there were a few customers. Five staff members were working and completely ignored me, so I left after 5 minutes. I returned a short time later and again was completely ignored by the staff. I just left without being served.

I'm sorry that I have to write this but the service has really gone down hill over the last few years. The staff are lovely but always a drama of some sort with order and takes way longer than it should. Gone are the days you'd pop in get your order with no drama or have to come back to get the rest of it and not wait 30mins or more. It really was a good place but not anymore. We've moved and what a difference.

No-one ever answers the phone number that is printed on their prescription packaging. 3 days and 20 attempts and still no reply.

Unfortunately, this chemist has really gone downhill.Not sure if change of staff, management.When you go in, no one acknowledges you whatsoever.Stood in a queue for 15 mins with not one staff member acknowledgeing anyone.The staff appear to avoid eye contact.Two people left whilst I was waiting, one elderly struggling with two sticks.There are zero tolerance signs by desk which makes me wonder if there have been any recent incidents.A simple 'Hello, we are a bit busy at the moment and will get to you as soon as we can.' goes a long way to alleviate any tension.They should also offer more chairs for people to sit on in other parts of shop if expected to queue.There is a new, young girl who I have to say was very friendly when I got served.I am writing this review as this has now happened a few times.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been in, I have been collecting my dads prescriptions for the last couple of months and that?s only if I?m lucky, never seem to have it all, prescriptions not ready, can?t find prescription and I must have collected it as it?s not here!!! I honestly can say that I really really dread going in there if you are feeling ok going in you can guarantee you will be feeling Unwell by the time you get out, it is a very stressful procedure to pickup your medicines. So much staff behind the counter who never acknowledge you, kept me waiting 35mins before I was served and that was with just one person in front of me who told me he had been waiting for over half an hour, I had to wait another 10min before they found my prescription and the phone constantly ringing but no one answers it. It?s a complete joke

Friendly knowledgeable staff which is the important bit, but the shop is grubby and they could do with looking with fresh eyes at old tattered posters and tape residue etc

The staff are lovely people but the service is shocking. Currently my wife is standing in the shop as I got a text saying our prescription is ready to be collected, and the staff member said to my wife it is not ready why send a text saying it's ready? The time wait is shocking I understand it's busy, but surely the text messages saying your prescription is ready means it goes faster well sadly it hasn't. Really need to improve on speed

Wouldn?t even give Culloden pharmacy one star. Have changed myself and husband?s prescription to Cradlehall. Staff are fantastic, service is efficient and prescription always ready on time. No standing about being ignored for at least half an hour.

Every time I go and collect prescriptions that I ordered a week before?they are never ready. And after waiting for a long time I am always told that there are items that are still not in stock! And I always try and phone beforehand I?m told that the prescriptions are all ready to collect. I?ve noticed that the staff hardly ever answer the phone and they all gather at the back as if they don?t want to deal with their customers. I have had these same comments made to me by others and it?s been like this for years. Even before Covid.

Terrible, rude service, when they do eventually acknowledge you are there. Loads of staff but they completely ignore customers any time I'm in. Awful place. Thankfully, there are plenty other pharmacies in town so I go elsewhere, where my custom is appreciated.

I do not think the Employee's at this establishment are given enough credit for the outstanding work ethics they hold.I hope Rowlands see the Culloden branch as ambassadors for their chain and a shining light for the quality of service they provide .Finally, If you are a "walk in" then rest assured you will be given the best of service . If you are local / regular then let's give these guys the gratitude they deserve for literally keeping some of us on the road through day to day life .T . Stiles
