These folks are great. Always friendly and helpful. Prescriptions filled in good time, great communication and efforts made for me as a patient. Always thankful for what they do. Life would be grim for many without the solid support of their local pharmacy!

Regularily visit this pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I receive text messages when my prescription is ready for collection and am very pleased with this service

I've had good experiences here. When I've come in with a minor ailment or a rash on myself or my children I received quick help and good advice. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Folks have some variation in mood, because they are human, but no one has ever been rude to me.Sometimes I feel frustrated with the text system because it does not always alert me to my prescriptions being ready but I don't think the folks in the shop have the ability to get that part of the technology correct.

Prescription never ready or regularly get lost and they generally refuse todo emergency prescription even thought it their fault for missing ones, This has had happened last 3 time as I keep giving them a chanc3.The place is a sham and politeness is only really given by one person in the whole shop

for 10 years ive been going to this chemist,ive had nothing but trouble from the chemist that works full time in there ,its getting so bad that im afraid to go in ,because of what she will say next to me,as she is a very uncaring rude individual,i dont want to explain what she said to me today else if she reads this she will know who it is,and she has threatened me with, barring me from the shop if i say anything in my defence when im in the shop,this is her way,ive been told to shut up in the shop by her many many times for talking to other staff,if i ask this chemist woman for any advice ,she replies with i think you should ask your doctor,im not qualified to answer you,this is what she says to me evry time i ask for advice about minor ailments,today was a real bad one for me,i went in cheery said hello,and came out upset and angry by the way she threatened me AGAIN, with if you dont stop TALKING you will be asked to leave and not come back,i swear on the holy bible ,there is something different evry week she will do or say to me when im waiting for my meds,this woman should not be allowed to talk to people this way espescially when ive never ever been rude to her,if i could i would take her to court,as she is actually messing with my health,mentally,im sure there are many people who feel the same way,would a petition help to get her out of there and put somewhere else as we have had enough of her cheek and rudeness,there has to be a law against this kind of behaviour.please help us.

Have never had a problem with this Pharmacy. Until this morning when called about a text I recieved that my perscription was ready. Well straight away the lady had a horrible attitude asking do I want taken off text list as this is why sent so I dont have to call!!!But that not always the case I explainedand as I thought wasn't. Its has to be ordered in apparently. This was just after 8.30am this morning. I have always been pleasant to the Staff and I know we all under a lot of stress at mom.She really needs to sort out her attitude towards people and have a bit of empathy and better telephone manner! Was really shocked. As soon as she Answered phone you got impression in very bad mood. I work for NHS and can tell you now I would be on a warning for that. Really not necessary!!And she has been told that I will be calling again tomorrow to check its ready!! Im pretty sure I know which member of staff this was as I recognise her voice with being a customer for many years. I couldnt find an email address to put in complaint. So this was next best thing. But I will be in tomorrow!!! And will be making a written complaint when find out who is in charge!

I am a tourist who got bitten by a gadfly and it got quite bad...The pharmacist was very nice and helpful and gave me the right treatment.Highly recommended.
