Can?t honestly recommend this place if you have a non urgent fault, as I think they prioritise MOTs and repairs over diagnostics, and then overbook themselves. I booked my car in over a week in advance and dropped it off today at 08:15. At 16:30 they still hadn?t looked at it. I don?t have the spare time for my car to spend all day at the mechanic?s and not even be looked at. This is the second time that Ross Garage Services have done this and I?m afraid I won?t be using them again. Three stars because Pamela is lovely and the calliper repair they did the first time round still seems to be working, but unfortunately that doesn?t make up for the time they?ve wasted.

Amazing service. They came through very quickly after over 7 hours waiting for RAC. Sorted me getting a new battery and fitted it. It was horrible weather today. Insisted I just sit in the car and got me fixed in no time. Just brilliant ? ? ? Services: Auto battery replacement

Brilliant service from Ross? Garage. Always my go to when my car has any issues. Nothing is ever a bother and everything is explained thoroughly. Pricing is standard for Inverness, no surprises as a breakdown is given before repairs are made. They also offer certain discounts to eligible people and payments plans when these unexpected costs arise. They also have a courtesy car as a perk, you can use this when your own car is in being repaired. All you need to do is pay for the fuel that you use and be respectful. I have to say I will return to this garage time and time again. The receptionist is a credit to this company and I always recommend to my friends and family. You won?t be disappointed??
