Visited today to ask for assistance with a lost key for a roof box. Was served by the most unhelpful ignorant man. Said he couldn?t help (couldn?t care less attitude) and laughed that a locksmith would cost a fortune, asked him if there was a Timpson nearby, replied laughing, aye there?s a few in Inverness, in fact there was one less than 5 minutes walk away. Utterly dreadful service and will never be back. I suggest if you need repairs or advice and value service do not visit this shop

I bought a pair of leather boots online that I couldn't return, managed to get them stretched out and now they fit perfect. Also incredibly reasonable and quick turn around. Would recommend.

I used the shop to cut spare keys after a well known chain had not been able to produce working copies.First time out working copies were made.I have recommended this independant business to my work colleagues and I will also use it again.

I had a new zip put in a pair of long leather boots. The gentleman paired them exactly and even went to the bother of putting the original tassel back on. Excellent repair job and much cheaper than buying a new pair of boots.

Really excellent repairs. I had a pair of boots worn down, they were reheeled and look brilliant. Very good price too, will definitely use this place again.

I had a pair of heels that tbh were kinda wrecked and was told by a chain company that they were beyond repair. I had a friend take my shoes to these guys and they worked their magic and now my heels very nearly look new again :-DI'm so happy with the work that was done and would give 10 stars if I could, thank you to the guys at Queensgate Shoe Repairs.
