Probably near the top of the PI tree in terms of quality... and I've stayed at an awful lot of them. Nice and clean, very good food, helpful staff. Just a minute off the A9 as well, so very well placed.Rooms: Clean, good bed, but a little too warm for usFood & drinks: Evening meal seemed pricey for what it was, but quality was good. Excellent breakfast, so probably worthwhile making the most of the 'all you can eat' option to stoke up for the day

The stay in this Premier Inn, was booked for a family wedding in the area. All aspects of convenience was spot on. We booked early to secure the rooms availability other members got better deals with breakfast included. Having said that thenreakfasts were cooked well, and plenty of it, amazing to be honest. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Just one more thing, taxis are very available and also reasonably priced. The drivers were pleasant and helpful.Food & drinks: Great breakfast, and bar food.

Would have got 5 stars, everything was great except the room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom, a stain on the smaller bed and marks on the walls.Other guests have mentioned cleanliness in the past, so the management clearly don't care as it hasn't been adressed.

The room was cold and in need of decorating. The staff should concentrate on the job and not each other.

Front of house staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is obviously understaffed, and unfortunately, it shows in certain areas such as room cleanliness and maintenance. Please see the pictures. We accepted a full refund. However, we have lost our faith in Premier Inn now.

When i stopped at the premier Inn the staff were friendly and helpful if there were any issues, i would definitely stay here again.Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfy beds.Food & drinks: The food was nice but a little over priced but i fully understand why it costs a little more than other places in Inverness.

Although a budget hotel, I pick Premier Inn over other brands because it repeatedly is above average. I have come to expect clean, well maintained rooms, very comfortable beds, with usually good showers. Inverness East Premier Inn ticks all those boxes.

Clean inexpensive and warm ? what more do you need for a winter visit to Inverness? The staff was helpful and there?s a nice restaurant right next door which has good food and a pint for those inclined to partake.

Once you've negotiated the car park and overload of mini roundabouts it's an easy enough place to get to. It's a premier inn, warm and a great bed but as ever...wheeezy

When we arrived after a long drive, got into our room there was feces sprayed over the toilet seat. The room was smelly & very tired looking. When going to reception to asked to be moved the poor receptionist was visibly stressed and said there was no one else here and she would need to clean it. No apology given. She did find us another room and apologised then after she sorted it out. The second room was full of cobwebs and dust, toilet smelt of urine but not as bad as the first room. The place has gone downhill big time.

Very helpful staff on arrival for a swift check in experience. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is very modern throughout. My only complaint was when I arrived my room was 28 degrees. Now, if it was a heatwave outside then I'd have accepted my fate as this hotel doesn't have air conditioning (it's Inverness, not Istanbul); but this was in late October and it was 5 degrees outside... I don't care how cold you are, 28 degrees inside is not comfortable. An open window and some tactical placement with the fan slowly brought the room temperature down enough to feel comfortable. Aside from being in the Costa-del-Ness the hotel was brilliant; I'll bring the sand pit and inflatable palm tree next time around ?Rooms: ? Noteworthy details: Parking is free for the duration of your stay just remember to input your registration into the tablet at check-in
