I recently visited the Poundland store in Inverness and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the store itself offers a good variety of affordable products, my encounter with one of the sales assistants left a negative impression.
During my visit, a salesperson was verbally aggressive towards me. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. It?s unfortunate, as I generally appreciate Poundland?s convenience and value, but interactions like this can really impact a shopping experience.
I hope the management addresses staff training to ensure a more positive and respectful atmosphere for customers.

Average Poundland experience! Nothing special or unusual. The shop is a bit untidy and poorly organized but is to be expected. Merchandise sold here is fairly cheap but rather deceptively not everything is one pound making the name ?Poundland? a bit redundant. In the effort to minimize costs some of the products here are genuinely pretty poor but it is a matter of personal judgement when purchasing products and does not reflect on the quality of service provided by Poundland.

Member of staff too busy chatting to notice assistance required at self service checkouts, despite looking over when I attempted to catch her attention. She just carried on with her conversation and ignored me.

Good experience. You can find some essential household items in this shop. I also found some 'made in Malaysia' Maggi here. There are many more items in the shop at a very affordable rate. The shop is located on High Street. Customer service is also excellent.

I seemed to inconvenience the lady working here by trying to purchase goods. But managed to acquire my desired products at a cheap price, so wasn't all bad
