Amazing service, Gemma in Inverness branch was amazing at her job and very helpful, especially as we were in there 10 mins before they closed. Will be using post office again for my holiday needs, give the girl a pay rise!

Very rude staff , one day same letter is 2.75 another day 3.40 , depends who is behind the counter , one day they follow standards another day they not , that?s not fair at all

Great service at Inverness Post Office. I had an oversized return to do, which didn?t fit in the standard return bag. Angela was really helpful in finding a solution for me. As always the team were friendly, professional and a credit to Post Office.

Queensgate post office Inverness- Anne Mari! If I could give 10 stars I would! Very helpful despite the time? and service with a smile!! First class experience..Anne Mari if you're reading this then you did my drivers licence renewal last Thursday the 25th of Jan. You saved my day! And as promised here is you're review! On a side note the licence came today one week later! Thank you to the post office for carrying out the service the DVLA promised me that day!????
