On a recent visit to the queensgate Post office to enquire about renewing my passport I was lucky enough to be served by Charles. He was brilliant and dealt with my renewal very professionally and in a friendly patient manner. He's a credit to the post office.

Charles in Inverness main post office was excellent very knowledgeable, competent and above all approachable and helpful with renewing my passport which always creates anxiety,10/10 for Charles as I didn't even know this service was available before talking to him.

Angela helped us finding the right packaging for sending a gift to a friend and gave us good advice on changing our old money, all while having a nice chat. We felt very welcome, all our problems were solved, and we had a great start into the day.

Came in to apply for a new driving licence. The lady who served us was wonderful. We left with a firm to fill in and came back a little later. She recognised us and dealt with so wonderful. She was a gem. Gives me hope for the rest of us.

I read reviews as to where the best to exchange currency and this little post shop had the best ratings and loads of comments re AnnMarie.
It's all true. AnnMarie was so helpful and explained what would happen if I wanted to exchange NZ $ for US $. Ann Marie is very customer focused and only wants the best for her customers.
