I was assisted by a very helpful lady called Angela today at Inverness Post Office. She took time to talk through travel insurance and also the travel card process - it was a positive, friendly experience and made my day feel smooth! Thank you Angela ☺️

On a recent visit to the queensgate Post office to enquire about renewing my passport I was lucky enough to be served by Charles. He was brilliant and dealt with my renewal very professionally and in a friendly patient manner. He's a credit to the post office.

Charles in Inverness main post office was excellent very knowledgeable, competent and above all approachable and helpful with renewing my passport which always creates anxiety,10/10 for Charles as I didn't even know this service was available before talking to him.
