Quick stop during our travel for coffee and a muffin. We took the food to to go ? since we wanted to eat and explore the area at the same time. The service could have been better. My husband had a hard time deciding what to purchase and this seemed to annoy the person serving us. Since the food and coffee were good ? we would stop in again if in the area. There is a free parking lot near the shop.

While, I stayed in Drumnadrochit, I had a scotish breakfeast there, it was greeeat. It set me up gor the day. Their expresso is second to none. I enjoyed one in the morning & later in the afternoon. Great service, lovely staff.

We enjoyed this tea room at breakfast time The staff was super nice, food was really authentic and heartwarming; we had scones with butter and jam and a black pudding and link sausage sandwich, all with a fantastic cup of tea. Definitely a must when in drumnadrocrit

Very pleasant breakfast. French toast was wonderful. Cute spot. Great service. Love the little store attached to the cafe/post office.

Fantastic. Excellent customer service. My 3yo was treated as a person, not an afterthought, and the children's options were great! Good and drink were very good! Highly recommend!

Worst place I've been. People are rude, and agressive, almost physical! There should have been a trauma situation before . Makes no sense to kickout a customer, just because you ask if Coffee is ready... Moreover, the didn't want to give back the money for the 2 cofees they didn't serve.

Arrived. Asked for two sausage and two bacon sandwiches to takeaway and refused because they didn?t want to cook it for us. Served Scottish man behind us in the queue for two bacon sandwiches. Could be be because were English? Filthy place too.

If given a choice I wouldn't even rate this place one star. Very unaccommodating and terrible service. I went here for breakfast as I couldn't find a cafe that had vegan options so I had asked a waitress whether they had any vegan options keep in mind there were other waitresses around behind the table. First a blonde lady said she had to ask which was said in a pleasant manner but then another lady with dark hair was quick to interject in an obnoxiously rude manner to said no. She said we have no meat alternatives even though we hadn't asked for any and she constantly said no repeatedly in a strong sharp rude tone in a very rude mannerism. I then suggested if they could even make me a vegetable sandwich and she had said "we don't do vegan, nothing is vegan, no vegetables are vegan". How can vegetables not be vegan? In this short interaction this particular lady was so rude and totally unpleasant, she didn't apologise and or help in any way, there was no compassion or courtesy. Absolutely zero customer service! Even as we walked in there, there were no smiles or greetings from the waitresses. I am truly appalled as how the waitress had treated us and disgusted by her unprofessional behaviour. What is so difficult in making a vegetable sandwich?As this cafe is located in a popular and touristy location they should cater to all dietary requirements and be more inclusive as well as accommodating to everyone. We came all this way to this place and they can't even help us, how ridiculous is that! This is a tourist place, the customer service should be much better not rubbish. Very disappointing and honestly surprising as Veganism is a growing frenzy especially in the UK. As I'm from the UK I'm well aware that all supermarkets have accessible vegan food so why is it rocket science for this particular cafe???

Robert the post office operator is rude and obnoxious. He threw my parcel in front of me and didn't care when I confronted him. Won't go back.

A post office without a post box? ?Closed at 12.And the village post box is boarded up.So you can't post anything unless you can be there between 8 and 12. Even if postage is paid. ?????

We had a lunch here and we enjoyed the food. Large portions. Nice burger, good salads and the lentil soup was tasty.

Disappointed with the masses of dead flies on the window-ledge in tea room - quite off-putting in a food establishment, they cant help the flies dying but little attempt had been made to clean up The tea room looked tired. The food was nice but the service was sadly lacking from the young staff on duty. Could be a gold mine, the other eateries in the village were all buzzing and busy but the tea room and general store were lacking in much custom on a busy summer day. Hopefully the new owners (the place is for sale - sign outside) may create a better atmosphere.
